One customer of PDAANDROID company gave the feedback , PDA android scanner didn’t scan any code .So,the following is several tips to solve the problem :
1.The bar code provided by customer was PDF417 ,And PDAANDROID scanner uses Honeywell N6603 ,this scan head can read PDF417
2.The bar code is not very clear .We really can’t collect any data on mobile phone or computer screen directly .So,we have to print it out and collect data successfully in the end
3.The customer wants to scan the code on the solar panel, but the code cannot be recognized due to the reflection of the solar panel. Therefore, it is necessary to block the reflective part with cardboard before scanning.
4.The blank part of the barcode is enough, otherwise the color of the solar panel will interfere with the barcode recognition
5.How to upload data to Excel sheet after scan ?
Just install a plugin on the scanner and computer .check the picture below
