Two-dimensional code handheld terminals are mainly used to identify and read two-dimensional code information industrial-grade handheld terminals. At present, many industries such as warehousing, logistics, production, and medical care are using two-dimensional code handheld terminals for data processing, which is indispensable in the era of the Internet of Things. terminal equipment.
The two-dimensional code handheld terminal mainly detects the optical signal through the photoelectric element and converts it into an electrical signal, and the electrical signal is converted into a digital signal through an analog-to-digital converter and sent to a computer for processing. When scanning an image, the light source irradiates the reflected light on the image and passes through the scanning module, converting the light signal of the barcode scanning module into an analog digital signal, and indicating the grayness of which pixel at the same time.
The working principle of scanning the QR code with the handheld terminal:
- The two-dimensional code uses the QR code as the code system, which is coded in a rectangular space through different distributions of black and white pixels in the matrix.
- Handheld terminals use binary numbers to store and process data. In two-dimensional codes, black and white rectangles are used to represent binary data, black represents binary number 1, and white represents binary 0. The arrangement and combination of black and white determines the matrix formula 2 The content of the two-dimensional barcode enables the handheld terminal to encode and analyze the two-dimensional code symbols.
- The handheld terminal recognition software relies on the depth of the color to complete the recognition of the two-dimensional code, which is called grayscale, and converts the dark gray and light gray patterns into only two colors of black or white, which is called binary processing. During binarization, the two-dimensional code will be interpreted as a white and black barcode, and then converted into binary information according to the analytical formula and threshold operation.
- After completing the binarization process, perform decoding. Decoding is to decode and compare the format information, version information, data and error correction code information contained in the two-dimensional code. The work from recognition to decoding of the two-dimensional code is completed, and then the data needs to be transmitted through the Internet to obtain the relevant content of the two-dimensional code.
RUIYANTEK's QR code handheld terminal can be used with different scanning engines to realize the reading of screen codes, DM codes, dot matrix codes, incomplete codes, and fuzzy codes. With the corresponding software, industrial automation can be realized.
